Limited Warranty
Wyland Worldwide, LLC warrants that each fine art sold by Wyland Worldwide is free from any unordinary fine art defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the fine art and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the art piece as a result of normal use and care, Wyland Worldwide, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the print upon return of the defective print. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, framing, or display, or by accidents, misuse, or alterations to the fine art, or failure to follow the proper care instructions included with the order.
The collector must follow the proper care instructions included with the order to ensure that the fine art is handled, framed, displayed, and cleaned correctly. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Wyland Worldwide, LLC within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. Wyland Worldwide, LLC reserves the right to require additional documentation or evidence of the defect.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Wyland Worldwide, LLC for its fine art pieces, and no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply.
Wyland Worldwide, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the art piece, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if Wyland Worldwide, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
